WinSnap 3.1.5 freezes when been executed

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have a program that is WinSnap 3.1.5 application. I have installed it to the system the problem is that it freezes when been executed. What could be wrong? Please do help me out so that I can make the things to work out well and work with the application. Thank you.

* Click on the start button.
* Type msconfig in the search box.
* Under the selective statup tab choose Hide all Microsoft service.
* Disable the service.
* Restart the system.

Install the compatibility tools in order to make the the application to work according to the supported feature of the same. You need to install the compatibility tool for windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility center. This would then help you out to make the application to work through the feature of the supported operating system.
