Unable to Edit a Template in Outlook

Hello friends,

I need your help to sort-out my query which is related to the 'Outlook'. I don't know how to edit a Template in Outlook. I have tried many methods , but nothing was successful. If you know how to edit a Template in Outlook, then please let me know that. I would greatly appreciate your help over this Outlook issue. I am waiting for your reply.

Please follow below steps to edit Template in Outlook:

• First select "Tools" menu then click over "Choose Form" to open the Choose Form dialog box.
• Then select option 'User Templates in File System' which is from the "Look in" drop-down menu
• Then choose the template, then click over the "Open" button and open the template you have chosen in Outlook.
• The next step is to edit the Outlook 2007 template for to reflect the desired changes.
• Finally select the Office button and choose "Save As". Then select the "Save" button to save the template.

In Outlook, you can edit templates that contain text you send over and over again to different recipients. You can compose and save a message as a template, and then use that template whenever you need it. Just add any new or personalized text before you send the message. Every time you meet with a potential customer, you send a follow-up e-mail message thanking them for their time and giving them additional information about your company.

In the tool menu of 'Outlook' you will get option for to edit the particular template. For that first you need to open the desired template that you to edit. After opening the desired outlook template you need to select the edit template option from the tool menu. After doing this procedure you will need to save the edited outlook template for to reflect the changes mad to it

Have you tried following steps? if not then try it:

1. Initially open your outlook , then open the template that need to be edited.
2. Then goto tool menu and choose 'Edit template' option.
3. After this make the changes that you want to do.
4. Then final step is to save the edited outlook template.
