By evasion, worksheet applications or submissions exchange entries like 042 to 42. Leading zeros in statistics are used in several places, an easy illustration being serial numbers. To put in a number that begins with a zero, immediately type [‘] previous to the number. Entering ‘042 will exchange it to 042. The apostrophe does not demonstrate in the worksheet. This method cannot be used for assessable figures. To do this, choose the cells you wish to insert the numbers in, then go to Format then to the Cells and then to the Numbers. Under grouping, choose User-defined. In the Format code field, enter.

To freeze headers at the same time as you are working with huge documents, choose the column to the right, or the row instantaneously below the row you wish to frozen, and verify the Window then the Freeze. To unfreeze the frozen area, do not verify Window and then Freeze. Choose a single cell with this alternative will freeze all rows above the cell, and all columns to the left of the cell. It is not probable to freeze two divide areas at the same time. To freeze headers at the same time as printing a document, you have to go to the Format then to the Print Ranges and to the Edit. Hit on the Rows to Repeat icon, then choose the rows with the cursor.

To revolve a table in such a manner that the rows are converted into the columns and the columns be converted into the rows, choose a series of data, go to Edit and then to the Copy then choose a single cell where you desire to past it. Then go to Edit after that to the Paste Special and check Transpose under alternatives, and then hit OK. If you choose a row or a column, the data gets pasted several times over in the rows and columns, so be certain to choose immediately one cell. Also, the data will get mechanically rotated the next time you utilize the Paste Special, so make sure that the Transpose alternative is unchecked.
