Astrotite 200X 1.8 issues

Hello. I have a desktop machine that is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have downloaded an application that is Astrotite 200X 1.8. It is used to encryption of the data the problem is that it do not encrypts the same, It freezes when been executed. I do not know why is this happening? Please help me out in order to make the things to work possible. Thank you.
