Print labels by using Excel data in a Word mail merge

By creating a mail merge in Word, and then linking to a list in Excel, you can turn worksheet data such as the addresses of your customers into printable mailing labels. See more here: Print labels by using Excel data in a Word mail merge

There are a number of options for transferring data from Excel to Word. One solution is to use simply copy and paste any other way is to export data from Excel, then import it into Word. Copying Excel cells into a Word document is just a way to transfer data between two programs and easiest way too.

This questions is revious asked, see i have replied over here on this :Insert Excel data into Word

If you want to Insert Excel data into Word, the most practical method is to use the Paste Special function that preserves the original values of any modification in the Excel document source and will be automatically reflected in the Word document. You'll have the information constantly updated.

Refer to following helpful thread :

Insert -> Object -> New Object -> Spreadsheet Microsoft Excel -> OK

Word opens in an Excel window active, therefore modifiable. You can also click on the "Insert an Excel worksheet". When you click outside the window, it becomes a simple object (as a drawing or picture clip art inserted). To change the content, just do a double-click it.

Insert -> Object -> Create from File -> Browse

Provides access to the window normal exploration of folders to select and insert an existing Excel file. Before submitting the window "Insert Object", one can check "Link to file" if it wants any subsequent modification of the file is automatically reflected in the Word document, otherwise the file once inserted becomes independent and can be manipulated directly .
