Hello,
The issue is quite clear I think ... I had a look in the iTunes directory: there is a folder 'Album Artwork' but by following the sub-folders, one arrives on files. It's not usable as images. Do you know how to do it?
Thank you in advance

Hello.
You do a right click on the illustration of iTunes, then "Copy."
Then you can open it with Preview (File / create from the clipboard) and save it in format that you want to edit at your Album Artwork.
Excellent tip, but I have between 200 and 300 artwork for retouching. That in itself is not huge but if I take them out one by one, edit and replace them one by one in iTunes, it may be I am so long. I wish I could touch the image directly tied to the tracks / albums, without departing from iTunes ...
It is not possible directly without making a new image file. wink.gif
Files .Itc contain images that are in PNGThe file name is (Persistent ID) Library and a reference file of the album, it is possible to extract the image files.
For the script, it will depend on what you want to do ..
----
Do you really need to know the location of the file .Itc?
Because we can extract the image from the (data of artwork of track xyz), if the picture is already in the song.
-----
If you need the file "Itc", look for the file reference of the album, because iTunes does not keep in his file "Album Artwork" one image per album.
It is possible to Tiger by searching the file "iTunes Music Library.xml"
Select all the songs you want to change coverage of l '(or if you want to apply the same art to), right-click one of them and select "Get Info" and go to the tab artwork. From there you can scroll through the pockets integrated into the song / songs you have selected. Select one that you do not want and click Remove. Once you've done that you can hit add and import the kit you want. Of course, this assumes you have the art you want to use on your computer already.
Follow this steps:
- In Browse view, select the album in your iTunes library.
- Choose File, Get Info or press Command-I (Mac) or Ctrl-I (PC).
- Click Yes to edit information for multiple items.
- Enable the Artwork field by selecting its check box.
- Drag the graphics file to the Artwork panel.
- Click OK to make the change.
- Click Yes to change the artwork.
