    Try to create a new user account :

    1. On the menu HomeSelect Control Panel.
    2. Open Add or remove user accounts (if using Classic view in Windows Vista, open User Accounts. Then open Manage another account).
    3. Click on Create a new user account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup.
    4. Once you create a new account, select Logout menu Home.
    5. Sign in with your user account you just created.
    6. Open iTunes and determines if the problem persists you had with this new user.

    Try removing modules iTunes, Third-party modules can cause many problems, especially if they are not updated to be compatible with new versions of iTunes. ITunes modules are stored in the following location:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins

    There are few files that is used by itunes to store settings and preferences may be damaged and cause problems. iTunes keeps two folders preferences. Move one of the folder to the desktop and see if the problem persists. In this case, it returns the folder to its original location and remove the second folder. The location of the two preference folders are:

    * C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
    * C:\Users\username\ AppData\Roaming Apple Computer\iTunes

    1. Quit iTunes.
    2. Navigate to the iTunes folder:
    * Windows 7 - C:\users\username\My Music\iTunes
    3. ITunes Library.itl move the file to your desktop.
    4. Open iTunes. You should not see any content on iTunes.
    5. On the menu FileChoose Add Folder to Library.
    6. Navigate to the folder where your music is located. Usually found in

    If the problem is solved using the following steps, you should be able to use the System Configuration utility to enable the system services and third-party startup items one by one (by clicking), restart the computer after activating the new elements of each. This way you can determine which System Service or Startup Item which is causing the conflict. You can activate all system services and startup items at once again by selecting the option "Normal Startup" in the tab select "General" in System Configuration Utility. It may be, however, that the problem may then occur again.
