    Process of Adjusting Sound Frequency

    Hi,
I have a device which is designed to create sound and thus burn the same on a disc via pc. It is old device which was used before. I need some details by which the sound is generated and the same is recorded on a disc. If we talk about analog sound production then what is involved in it. What are the frequencies needed to be determined while generating a audio disc which must suits multiple player and speakers.

The frequency (or pitch) in Hertz (Hz) is a low frequency sound is serious, a high frequency sound shrill. The average human ear perceives sound in a certain range of frequencies located approximately. This depend on age, culture, etc. Between 20 Hz (below the sounds are called infra-sound) and 20 kHz (at beyond, the sounds are called ultrasound).

The amplitude (or intensity) expressed in decibels (dB) sound can be strong or weak (strong say musicians or piano). The concept of noise does a vague idea of the sensation, because it must take into account the sensitivity of the ear of the listener, which varies mainly depending on the frequency of sound (the ear is less sensitive to low frequencies). 0 dB is the minimum that human hearing (called threshold of audibility), not the absolute silence.

The patch in a audio files determines the color of sound. It is different for each type of sound source and distinguished by ear, two sounds that have the same frequency and same intensity, for example the same note played with the same intensity but with a trumpet or a violin. For increasing the sound the threshold of pain is 130 dB, but the hearing may already be damaged from 85 dB.

An analog signal is when the information is represented by the variation of a physical quantity. The term "analog" describes the relationship between a vibration and an electric current that corresponds to the image of this vibration. In a reproduction system's analog sound, the sound wave is first converted via a microphone, variations in electrical current.

That right these electrical signals are then stored on a media (disk or tape). In the case of vinyl, the signal is recorded in the lateral modulation of both sides of the groove (for stereophonic discs). To reproduce the sound and converted and stored, you spin the disc at a constant speed on a motorized tray. The current (very low baseline of the cell) is amplified and sent to one or more loudspeakers.
