    Problem installing Adobe Air Vista-64

    Hello,

While installing the game "League of Legends", this one called me to install Adobe Air. However, during this installation, an error appears:

An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. It is possible that your administrator does not allow this installation. Please contact your administrator.

It turns out that my account has admin . I tried everything, execute the installation of the game as admin, Adobe Air installed separately and run the executable as Administrator, nothing worked ...

I have extensively searched the net, but I have not found a solution to my problem. Note that I use Windows Vista 64-Bit Pro.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello.

I just tested installing adobe air under Window 7 ultimate 64bit and no worries.

I doubt that the case be there but try disabling the control of user accounts and restarts before installation.

Download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup utility.

Download it form this link: Windows Installer Cleanup Utility

After installing Run it and navigate to Adobe AIR entry. Select it and remove it.

Now try to install Adobe AIR .

Hope this will resolve your issue.

Good that you found a solution and good to post it. That may help others in the future. Its always recommended to keep your windows installer upto date, many problems while installing applications happens due to older version of windows installer.
