Error: Unable to run winsue32.rom

hey...

whenever i start my computer...an error appears that it was unable to run winsue32.rom file...

but this .rom file exists & is in
C:\Users\Shivansh\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\System32

i dont know what to do...this error at startup is really irritating me...

any help would be highly appreciated

Hello,
Firstly you can stop it from the startup by going to the msconf mode. That is the the run dialogue box type the command msconfig, then in click on the startup tab, there you will find this , you have to just uncheck it and it will stop appearing at the starup of your computer. And one more thing I would like to mention is that, I think it is a virus, there is a virus named "winsue32.exe" but your ends with a .rom extension. I do not know what it is , but I think it is related to the virus. If you have any anti-virus running on your computer then please scan your computer and remove it.

well i scanned my computer ...but it didnt find any virus as such...

today...that problem was gone...but a different problem arose...

whenever i start my computer ... windows explorer crashes and restarts again...
each & every time....

any suggessions???
