MemoCactus 3.4.0.0 application malfunctions

Hello I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The application MemoCactus 3.4.0.0 is been installed to the system but it is not working properly. It is malfunctioning. i have no idea what could have lead it function in such way. Please help me out in sorting the issue out. it would be a great help. Thank you.

The application that you have installed to the system may be appended with some bug issue. Scan the system using a antivirus tool and hence make the necessary things to be done that would make the relevant changes for the same. This should then help you out for making the things to work out.

Try to perform a clean boot service. This may help out in sorting the issue quite appropriately then.

* Click on the start button.
* Now type msconfig in the search box and hit enter.
* Under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
* Disable the services.
* Restart the system.
