DVDManager Fatal Error -36

Hi,

Every time I play DVDs on my macbook pro, I get a DVD Manager fatal error -36 and the DVD player closes. This happens even with brand new DVDs. After putting the disc again and restart the player to fast forward through the point of the movie in the player quit and work well for another 30 minutes or so. I have Mac OS 10.1.5 and using DVD Player 3.1.1. Does anyone else have similar experiences or know how to fix this problem?

Make sure you burn out a reading list (a list of tracks). You can not burn a disc directly from your library, a radio, a shared playlist, or your iPod.If you burn a CD or DVD and they are not good songs that are copied, or if nothing happens when you click the Burn Disc button, verify that the correct tracks are selected in the playlist.

If your computer or your screen suspends its business for burning a CD, try increasing the setting of sleep in the sub-Energy Saver pane in System Preferences. After clicking the Burn Disc, make sure the disc format is selected. To create a CD with any type of audio file that iTunes supports (MP3, AAC, AIFF, etc..), Choose "CD or data DVD. If the playlist you're trying to burn includes AAC files, make sure MP3 CD is not selected.

If your playlist includes purchases from iTunes Store, you may have reached the maximum number of prints allowed for the playlist (ie seven). Also note that, movies purchased from the iTunes Store can not be burned to a DVD or VCD play on a DVD or Video CD.

If you burn a CD DVDManager Fatal Error -36 on a particular song, it is possible that the playlist contains purchases on the iTunes Store that reading was not allowed on this computer. To allow playback on your computer, double-click the purchased song (the one CD burning stopped) and enter the account information with which the purchase was made. You can authorize up to five computers.

To create an audio CD, you need an Apple Combo drive or SuperDrive. Some CD-RW third-party work, too. If your drive is displayed next to CD burner when you click Burn Disc is that it is compatible. If the problem only occurs on the first computer, considering Archive and Install install the operating system, keeping users. You then run the software update for updating again.
