| Transfer AutoCorrect from Word 2003 to Word 2007
How can I save my AutoCorrect entries in Word 2003 from my old computer to an external hard drive and then move them into Word 2007 on my new computer? Is this possible? Please tell me it is! I do medical transcription and have a lot of entries I would not have to redo. Thanks for your help! |

With macros enabled, double-click on the AutoCorrect.dot file inside AutoCorrect.zip. Choose "Backup" and save on your external device. Now repeat the same procedure on another system and then choosing "Restore" (instead of backup) and finally click on "Open" button. You may be get some warning in between asking for approval, just click on "Yes" to complete the procedure. And also see this link: import autotext entries from Word '03 to '07 |
