How to remove/ignore the 'time' from the start/finish columns

I have created a column with red and green indicators that display following this formula - [Finish]<=[Baseline Finish]
Yes = green
No = red

So if the Finish date has slipped and occurs after Baseline Finish, the column will show a Red circle against that task, otherwise it is green.

It works ok apart from the instance when the only difference in the finishing dates are the actual times of completion, on the same day. Sometimes Project will be showing a task finishing at 12pm and the baseline finishes at 5pm, so it will mark that task as RED.

But this programme is not being micromanaged to the level of hours, just days, so I would like to know how to write a formula that is based on - [Finish]<=[Baseline Finish] - but ignores the time differences, OR a way of not including the 'time' in the start/finish fields.

Can this be done?? Many thanks if you can provide a solution!!

Reformat the formula of Finish like this one -

Quote:
Format(Finish,"ddd mm/dd/yy ")
and Baseline Finish as
Quote:
Format(Baseline Finish,"ddd mm/dd/yy ")
