| VueScan 8.6.10 application issues
Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have got a disc of VueScan 8.6.10 application that enables to scan the system with removal of threats. But I am not able to use the application well. It is not able to work out well as it malfunctions. Please help me out so that I can use the application fruitfully. Thank you. |

As you have borrowed a disc from your friend it could be that the application is not able to work out as the disc may have been damaged. It is necessary that the application should be able to cope up well hence you may then be able to work out with the same. There might be certain corrupt files hence the disc is not able to work well so the installation is done improperly. |

There is a possibility that the application may be appended with some issues. Issues can be a part like bugs that may have been made the thing to work incorrectly. You need to uninstall the application and then try to install it again with a fresh new copy of the installer. This will help you sort the issue as the uninstallation will remove the bug that is been appended to the same. |

Install the compatibility tools for Windows Xp or Vista in order to make the system to work out well. You need to install the tools that would then enable you to work with the same. These tools will make sure that the application if not able to support under Windows 7 would then work out with the use of compatibility tools that would be installed under Windows 7. So it may work out well. |

Try to perform a clean boot process in order to make thing work out well for you. Follow the steps as mentioned below: * Click on he start button. * Type msconfig in the searchbox and then hit enter. * Now under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services. * As it is been done then Disable the services. * Restart the system. |
