Trojan Remover 6.81.2593 application not able to detect

Hello! I have a desktop machine and it been installed with Windows 7 as the operating system to it. The problem is that I use an application called Trojan Remover 6.81.2593. This application is used to remove the dangerous threat trojan virus form the system but it does not detect the trojan virus. Why is it so. Please help me out. Thank you.

Well This could be that the application is itself been affected by the virus and hence it is not able to detect the threat or may be malfunctioning. You need to look out by scanning the application threat using a good antivirus program. You can also run an online scan wizard. Check out for the thing. It could be that the application is not updated and hence it is not able to work out with the system quite well. You need to look out for the updated pack so that it may be able to function and cope up with the system quite well. The updated pack may then be able to detect the latest threats that is been out and would then allow you to restrict them to affect the system.

Windows 7 been very highly sophisticated program it may be that the application would not be able to cope with the system. try to run the system under safe mode option. This would help you out in order to make the things to work out for you. Safe mode option generally works under low feature program and hence there would not be any issue regarding the support to the operating system.

Try to reinstall the application and then look out for the conclusion. Follow the steps:

* You need to go to the start button and click on it.
* Now choose control panel option.
* After that open the add/remove program and select the program that you need to remove from the list.
* Click on remove.
* Now restart the system and then install the updated version of the application.

Install the compatibility tools for Windows Xp or vista under Windows 7 that you use. It may be that the application is not able to cope with the system due to incompatibility issue.
