Browser crashes while print

Hello,

I had a problem with printing in Firefox as its gets closed on a throwing error after printing.

Same case with all other browsers, Safari, Chrome, Netscape, Opera, IE8 ... all.

But it works fine for Word, Excel, photos , Do have you any idea?

Thank you

Which printer you are using? Post name of your printer. Is it happening sudden or from start you have installed windows? If its happening sudden then try out the system restore, pres f8 in start of computer and go to recover console and choose system restore. Choose date of the system restore when you printing task was working fine. Hope you did enable the system restore .

I must say there is the issue with your printer, bt since its working fine with office applications , there might be rare chance of printer malfunction. Have you tried reinstalling those applications. Might be due to some virus infection its happening. Does your anti virus shows anything infected? And also tryout the Canon LBP-810 driver re-installation.

Reset printer in your Firefox

Reset the selected printer in your Firefox preferences:
  • Type about:config in the Location Bar and press Enter. A list of preferences will appear.
  • Find the preference print.print_printer (Note: this preference is missing in Firefox profiles where you've never used the printer.)
  • Right-click (context-click) that preference and select "Reset".
  • Restart Firefox and see if the problem is resolved.
