Does Vuze is a better torrent client

Hi,
I had found a new bittorent client called Vuze. As I have a MAC PC I am using the same on my computer. It is termed as one of the best bittorent support tool. Why that so. And does downloading via Vuze gives legal security under some commercial software or videos. I just look for good quality vidoes and this what I will use Vuze for. I need some feature overview of the same software. Thank in advance.
