MobileMe iDisk Sync Error Last Sync Failed

    Hi,

I have several computers that access the same iDisk - all running the latest Leopard. Many times, all sync fine. Often, however, one or more of them keep saying that "last sync failed". Does anyone know how to stop this continuous message approaching?

After disabling local iDisk, a disk image will appear on your Desktop entitled to username.dmg local iDisk. This disc image contains all the content in its preactivated local iDisk. I recommend using this disk image to verify what items have actually been charged to your remote iDisk before delete. It also serves as an automatic backup. Can remove or retain the file. It will not affect your remote iDisk or the files stored on it. Mount your iDisk from the Finder's Go menu. If you like that should, can enable local iDisk. To enable local iDisk synchronization in Mac OS X 10.4.

The easy solution is to create a new user account, Mac OS X and test to see if the error was reported in a new user. Creating a new user in Mac OS X is actually an easy process, but will help to isolate the cause of the problem you reported. Once you've created a new user, exit your current user and then access your new test user account. Enter your Mac User information in the file. Mac System Preferences and the new user then to try to synchronize your iDisk.
