KMPlayer 2.9.4.1436 Beta freezes in windows 7

Hello. I have been using Windows 7 as the operating system on my desktop machine. I have recently installed KMPlayer 2.9.4.1436 Beta version into the system. I tried to install it and it did successfully but when I tried to execute the same it gets freezed. Why is this happening? Please help me out. Thank you.

The player that you have downloaded might have issues. This is because it may be that the downloaded file have some bug issues and hence it is not able to work well. You need to look out for the installer file that has no issues appended to it. It may be that you would have downloaded the file from some other website that may have issues. Download from the official website and then check for the same.

There can be a possibility that the application is not able to cope with the operating system. This means that there is some compatibility issue associated with the same. So you need to check out by installing the compatibility tools for Windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7. This will help you out in making the program to work with the same. Perform a clean boot. It will help you out in installation of the application well without any problem.

* Click on the start button.
* Type msconfig in the searchbox and hit enter.
* Under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
* Now disable the services.
* Restart the system.

Uninstall the application that is been installed and then make a re-installation process in order to look out for the software to function well as re-installation may make the bug issues to be eradicated.

- Go to the start button and click on it.
- Open the control panel option.
- Choose add/remove programs and then open it up.
- Choose the application program that needs to be removed form the window.
- Click on remove button.
- Restart the system and then install the new pack of the application.

Execute the program under safe mode option. This will enable the system to work under low features and hence this will allow the same to work with good compatibility. The application may thus be compatible and will be able to cope with the system. You need to check out that the software is able to work out as the safe mode do not have sophisticated features. This should work.
