How to Fix Msvcr71.dll Error

I'm keep getting the following error:

The application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinstalling this application may fix this problem.

I don't know to which application this MSVCR71.dll belongs. Does anyone get same error ever?

Help me fix this error by giving me the solution please?

Download the file msvcr71.dll by searching it on goolgle , Unzip the downloaded file and Copy the file and paste it in the Windows\System32 folder. It always works for when i get dll errors. Hope this way you'll resolve it.
