Yes Cacoo is really a nice tool. The usage and display is quiet simple. The work plan of your chart is displayed and available tools. In the Stencil window, you will find all the elements you can use in your diagrams: basic geometric shapes, bubble wrap, furniture, arrows, office equipment, network, UML, etc.

You can simply click on an item and drag it onto your workspace. By this you does not need to do any advance work. Use the handles around the object to enlarge it, reduce it (hold the Ctrl key to keep the proportions of the object). Click on the green handle to rotate. If you see the texture column in the toolbar you will find some ready to use effects.
