    The application that is been downloaded may have issues appended to it and hence it is not able to get executed to the system. There is a possibility that the application may have certain virus related to it and hence it may have corrupted the required files. As the system files may have been corrupted it is unable to get loaded to the system and might give you an error. Remove the application from the system.

    You can check out for the thing. It is possible that the application may not be able to support the feature of the operating system. There is an alternative to the same. You need to run the system under safe mode. This might help you out in making the application to work with Windows 7 if there is some issues with the compatibility. As safe mode has low features and is does not require updated packs.

    Try uninstalling the application and then install the same again. Follow the steps:

    1) Click on the start button.
    2) Open the control panel option.
    3) Choose Add/Remove programs.
    4) Select the program that you need to remove.
    5) Click on remove button.
    6) After it is been removed restart the system and then reinstall the application.

    Hope this should work.

    Install the compatibility tools that may be required in order to make the application to cope up with the system that may make the things to work out. You could get the compatibility tools form the compatibility center. Install the compatibility tools for Windows Xp or Vista that may be much more compatible with the application and hence you may work out well.

    Run the system by processing a clean boot. For clean boot you need to follow the procedure as below:

    * Click on the start button.
    * Type msconfig in the search box and hit enter.
    * Now under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
    * Disable the services.
    * Restart the system.
