i want to hide recipients in outlook from each other, It is sometimes desirable to send the same message to multiple recipients without them knowing that the message has also reached other people. any ideas?

There are two ways to achieve the same result, one being easiest, but the other is more comfortable for your recipients. Either use the Bcc (blind carbon copy (or Pass) Invisible), or by making a mail merge from Outlook.

You can use Outlook contacts to a mailing that allows you to customize the message for each person without having to make yourself more messages.

    1. Click on the folder Contacts to activate it.
    2. Click the first recipient, press [Shift] key and click the last and / or hold the [Ctrl] key and click each recipient to add or remove from the mailing.
    3. Open Menu Tools, Merge.
    4. Choose Messaging the list Merge to, Enter the message subject, OK.
    5. Create your message in Word and use the fields available to fully customize the message.
    6. Click on the button Merge to E-mail.
    7. Choose from the list A: e-mail address to use, the message format, OK.
    8. Outlook will send as many messages as custom recipients previously selected.

Create a new message. Open Menu View, Bcc. or, if you use Word as mail editor is right button Options. Enter the recipients in this field or use the address book. Complete and send your message.

Each recipient receives your message with your name only as a principal recipient, he will suspect that it is not the only recipient ...

Therefore the solution of direct mail is much more elegant because each recipient will then receive an email to HIS name.
