I get this every time I login, you asked someone else about it because I think the phone is not worth it if you will never be able to check your email.

Click on the menu Start / Run and write the following command
    Code:
    regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll
    then press enter.

When the dll is properly reinstated, do the same with following command

    Code:
     regsvr32.exe licdll.dll
    This will resolve your issue.

It is also possible that the file Pop3uidl.dbx be corrupted. In this case, exit Outlook Express, locate and delete this file.

Restart OE and check the settings of your email accounts.
