    Hi,
There are tons of site today which gives out free music. I am purchasing audio usually from iTunes. But from some other sources I had downloaded some songs. Those songs does not shows any information on mp3's. Like the title , description, album art, etc. In my player it is blank. How to see that one and what software are available to add this information.

When you hear an MP3 song, your reader or your portable media player, you can display not only its filename, but also information on the title, artist, album which it came, his year of release, etc. This information is contained within the MP3 files in ID3 tags. If they have not been entered when creating the pieces, then you must update them yourself. A tedious process if you have many MP3 files.

You can use MusicBrainz Tagger a simple tool for getting those information of your music. MusicBrainz Tagger lets you do most of the work by updating automatically ID3 tags of your files by identifying and comparing them to a huge database of songs. AudioGrail/K-MP3 meanwhile will be useful to treat the remaining files easily.

MusicBrainz Tagger is a useful program to rename your MP3 files. He is able to recognize the acoustic signature of a piece of music and compare it with those he has already recognized, thus avoiding duplication. With the ID3 tags, the software can retrieve information at the heart of the audio file to give various information such as song title, name of album, artist, etc..

It is right that there are two software that you can use to check your music information. It is MusicBrainz Tagger and AudioGrail (formerly K-MP3). Moreover, these two programs will allow you to place and rename your MP3 files into folders in accordance with their titles, heir interpreters, etc. Finally, one of your MP3s, you certainly have the pieces in duplicate. To remove duplicates, it is faster than the search manually using The GodFather, another free program.

Once all your files are scanned by MusicBrainz Tagger click the tab Identified. Check the list there is no error. For each piece, the line includes the ID3 information contained in the file. The line MB as it corresponds to the information found by MusicBrainz Tagger. Also note the percentage informing yourself about the relevance of the identification. If it is too low or if you feel a false identification, the selected song and click the button to switch misidentified the list Unidentified. You can also make a new recognition by clicking on the Identify button again.
