Is Speed Gear able to speed up the games in the system

I want to know that is Speed Gear able to speed up the games in the system. I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2 with 1 GB RAM and Dual Core processor. The problem is that due to such a configuration, whenever I play games, it generally lags or sometimes even hangs. So, when I searched on the internet for some software that could speed up the games in my system, got this software called as Speed Gear.

Hello there, thank you for the information with Speed Gear. I am upgrading my system to Windows 7, so is this particular software compatible with Windows 7 also. What will be the approximate price of this software, if I want to buy the same? If not, what will I have to do in this situation. Please help me with some replies and suggestions and thank you once again in advance.

The operating systems supported by Speed Gear are listed below:

• Windows 95
• Windows 98
• Windows ME
• Windows NT 3.x
• Windows NT 4.x
• Windows XP

There are no additional requirements for Speed Gear able to speed up the games in the system, other than the operating system. I dont think that you will be able to run it in Windows 7.

I suggest you to install Windows 7 in another drive in your system, so that you will be keeping both the operating systems in your computer. So, for running the games, you can load into Windows XP and this will also allow you to use Speed Gear able to speed up the games in the system. This same technique can also be used to get rid of all the other incompatibilities in Windows 7.
