    Hi friend,

In MS Word document if we type an address, financial symbol or phone number, then it will label your text with a Smart Tag. When you click on the Smart Tag, you’re presented with a number of options. For example, if you enter a stock symbol, you can find recent stock quotes via the internet. You can remove all the smart tags from word document using the "Smart Tags" option from the "AutoCorrect Options" from "Tool menu".
