MAC and Windows Printing management

Hi,
I am looking for some similar features of MAC Printer like Windows. Windows offers a printer spooler service which runs on the system tray. It shows a list of documents queued. I can pause or delete any printing command if needed. What about the same in MAC. I have a Xerox printer attached MAC network. The same sometime disappears from the network and come back on reboot.

Through various menus on offer in this window you can pause the task, or suspend, resume or delete a printer. You can also set the printer to pause or resume work. The list of works are displayed in the window with their state. This is only done if you are familiar with all the printing options from the properties box.

If your printer does not seem to want to print, it is possible that a task not performed or improperly blocking the process of printing from your printer. Just go to this window and delete the task that blocks everything. A simple glance at the dock and you will find that the icon for your printer appears with the number of pages being printed and this icon will also indicate any errors.

The Printer Setup allows in particular to launch the utility related to your printer (it varies depending on the printer). Perhaps there is no utility available with your printer. This works especially with some printers managed by the open source driver Gutenprint. This button is actually equivalent to the button Options and Supplies which appears on the dashboard Printers and faxes.

Indeed, some printer brands such as Epson and Canon in particular, provide drivers with OS X, additional tools for better management of your printer, including maintenance tools nozzles or gramophone and in level alignment. I will recommend the printer software which comes in the cd with the printer. Run the setup of the same.

Printer setup is easy. If your printer is not working then you can reconfigure the same from it. Run it and add up the printer IP. Then once done reboot your system and check. See that the both printer and computer are active. You can also use a third party software in this case. Or press the Show Info button from the toolbar to check that your printer appears or not.
