Quintessential Player 5.0 freezes under Windows 7

Hi. I have been using a desktop machine with Windows 7 installed as the operating system in it. The thing is that I have downloaded Quintessential Player 5.0 in order to playback audio files. But the problem is that it is not able to work properly and gets freezed under Windows 7. Can you please provide me with a solution. Thank you.

The problem is that the application that you have downloaded may be appended with certain issue sand hence it is not able to get executed well. The file that you have downloaded from needs to be rechecked and hence you may get to the conclusion that the application software is not very much appropriate. Disable the Microsoft services under Windows 7 and check whether the application now works or not. If the issue is concerned with the operating system then this should work out properly for the software.

- Click on the start button.
- Type msconfig and hit enter in the search box.
- Under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
- Now disable the services.
- Restart the system.

You need to reinstall the player and then try to check out for the application to work. It can be done by opening the star menu and then log to the control panel. After that open the add/remove program option and the choose the player in the list of applications that is been populated. Now select the program and click on remove button. After it is been done then install the application again. Look out if there is any change.
