What is AutoTurnOff

I was searching for some software, that could turn off my system when no one would be using it and I came across this software called AutoTurnOff. Since, I did not get the perfect information about it on the internet, I need to know what is AutoTurnOff. What are the operating systems that it supports? Is there any additional requirement to use AutoTurnOff in my system. I am waiting for some suitable suggestions.

The problem is that I am using Windows 7 operating system, so I am worries that if AutoTurnOff will run in my system or not.
