 Installation Problems
Please, anyone ca help me?? Every i try to install new programs to my laptop, it always show Error 2203 database: C:\Windows\Installer\82b1077.ipi OR Runtime Error at (28:1982) How to fix it??? Windows vista home premium sp2  |

Make sure you have Admin rights before installing the software. Also make sure the packages that you installing is not corrupt. The problem which i think in your case is virus infection. The virus may corrupt all the executable files. So get a genuine antivirus and scan your computer. Virus infection is a serious issue and it may result in corruption of all your data...
