From XP is it worth to upgrade to Windows7 or Vista or no need?

I recently bought a new Notebook (Acer) and I do only have XP OS. Is it worth to upgrade to Windows7 or Vista? Let say i'm just a standard user normal office computing document and no programming just doing Skype/internet at home and play some PC games. I asked this co'z i'm not too young anymore for learning to keep ahead with these new OS (7 & Vista). But if some of you find it more useful indeed great share me/us your experience and this might move me on to it. BTW at office we are in workgroup set up using XP sharing file and internet thats all. Thanks, looking for your opinion guys

If you want to learn more about different operating system, then you can upgrade to Windows7 or Vista. If not, to your basic work, you can stick with your current operating system. Its also necessary for many new games, to upgrade your system. Upgrading also increases your speed of work and you learn something new !!!
