| unable to see image in the email campaign software
Hello friends i am using the email campaign software. Whenever i insert a picture in it and fill the rest of the newsletter. After i send test campaigns to other computers. The news letter can be seen but the picture doesn't. I get a small box instead of the image in the upper right corner. Also when i right click on the picture and select open nothing happens. I use the at&t email and the Internet Explorer 7 in the protected mode. Please tell me why i am unable to see image in the email campaign software. Also suggest some solutions to get rid of it. |

hello friend i have not used the email campaign software much but i would try to sort out your problem. According to me there is something wrong in your installation which is the culprit behind all the problem. So i would suggest you to uninstall the email campaign software and then again reinstall it. I hope that this works. |

It seems that your software requires an update to be installed so i would suggest you to simply check for updates within the help menu or click the yes button after you launch the Email campaign software for the first time. After downloading the update an installation window will appear follow the steps for installation. After the updates are installed you can see the image. |

Sounds like your email campaign software got messed up. So i would suggest you to repair it. Simply select check for products updates . After installing the updates a new window will appear and as you go through the installing steps you will see an option for Repair. Select it, once the installation is completed you will be able to see the images in the email campaign software. |

Firstly i would like to know whether you are sending the email as links or you embed it into the mail. I think that a number of internet service providers don't allow you to send a large number of emails at once. Try to check their guidelines , you need to call your Internet provider about setting up a business account or find out what you need to do in order to comply with their bulk mail policy. |

For sending an image in your email message via the email campaign software you need to upload the images to your own server. The images which are included with the pre-designed templates sre located in to the program file in the campaign folder (C:\Program Files\Summitsoft\Email Campaign\Images). After uploading these images you can see the images properly in other computers too. |
