Which is better Web browser - Safari or Netscape

I am having the computer system which has the Windows Vista operating system. I have upgraded the operating system of this desktop from the Windows XP to Windows Vista. I want to download the new web browser for this computer system which should be faster than the internet explorer. Because the Windows vista takes too much time to start the web browser and display the web pages. I want to know which web browser is better, Safari or Netscape Navigator.

You want to download the web browser which should be compatible with the windows vista operating system because the Internet explorer takes so much time for starting and displaying the web pages. You want to download the browser which can run faster in the windows vista operating system without any problems. But you are not able to select any one from the Safari and the Netscape Navigator web browsers. I think you should download and use both, use them and the one which you liked more keep it in the system and remove the another one.
