How can I transfer a APF to MP3?

Hey, I am having one problem that i need to solve with help with you. Actually i am having a APF file that i want to convert to the MP3 but i have know idea how can i transfer the APF to MP3. Help with tools that will make the same for me so that i can convert the same. any help may be appreciated. Thanks in advance
