You need to type in the password when the system asks for it if the password does not work for you. Type the same password while turning the caps lock on you may have turned the caps lock on unknowingly. If this password is not accepted i think the password was not created. Then try to keep the password field blank and then again pres the enter key.

This account does not allow any remote or interactive login and only has "guest" level permissions. You will have to follow the instructions mentioned below in order to get rid of this problem 1. Delete the account, and leave the .NET Framework as it is 2. Launch the Computer Management tool which is in your Administrative Tools folder 3. Select the Local Users and Groups node 5. Right click the highlighted account and choose delete |

Try to boot in the safe mode. If it asks for an administrator and press enter if this does not work then type in the word administrator i think that this might work for you. If this idea does not work for you then you can visit the microsoft website and try to acquire some help from it. Because it is quite possible that somebody else would have faced the similar problem and you will get some instruction to resolve this issue from the microsoft website.

I had faced this kind of problem in the past but while i was using the windows XP. I don't know that this will solve problem but i got rid of this problem by restoring my system to some earlier restore point. I am not very much sure that this will solve the issu because windows 7 is far more secure than the windows XP. if nothing is working for than you can try it.
