Hi,
There were some documents in the briefcase. Whenever a changes was made the same is updated by the other. But I had noticed that the documents are not updating. So deleted them. How to create them back properly. I also need some details about an option of synchronizing two computers with each other. It is possible in a way by which it updates my work automatically. Why the updating issue occurs in it.

When you use a PC at work and one at home, a very effective way of working is to use the Briefcase. This application lets you take accurate records, which you can work another computer. Once the document is repatriated to the original PC, these documents will be updated. It is possible that the documents might have been moved due to which the problem comes out.

To display the documents, click somewhere empty office with the right button and select New, Briefcase. You see then appear on the desktop an icon with the words New Briefcase. Open it. Let then drag inside the documents or plan to update on another computer. Then place the briefcase in a key USB. On the other computer, edit the file by opening them from the briefcase. Once back on the original computer, copy the document holder on this computer. Open it. You can see then appear for files that you changed the words "Needs an update. Click on Update the selection or even better on Update All. All the files you have changed are then updated on the original computer. Confirm the operation by clicking on Update.

Briefcase is a nice feature in Windows. You can keep you files updated by it. The only issue lies sometime due to synchronizing multiple files at a time. But you have to believe that it is a really nice features. Just save your documents in it. When you run the applciation you can see a update button. Click on the same and you are done.

To create a new briefcase run My Computer. Then click on the folder where you want to enable this option. Go to Folder and then click on new briefcase. Now in the File menu again click on NEW and the Briefcase. The new is created now and you just open it by double clicking it. Right click on it and place the same on your desktop. You can simply place your documents here to Synchronize.

It is easy to sync the document in it. To do you this lets take a example of a USB. Connect the drive or any LAN computer. Then start the briefcase from the other media. Then drag the files in them and leave it. Start the same from the other computer and click on update. Now you have finished updating your files. If still some error is caused then it means that the file is moved from the
original location.
