To create a table in Microsoft access 2007 the most basic way is to go through the wizard. The same is available under design view. You can just follow the wizard and then add up your data. Once the data is done you will have to avoid proper primary key and then follow. Use the help option in Ms. Access by pressing F1.

Here we see how to create a data table to enter data into the database in the following topics and then work with them using the advantages that provides Access 2007. To create a data table we have to click on the Create tab to display its options. Under Tables can select these options. The Table button opens the Datasheet view, is to enter data directly in the table and depending on the value you enter in the column will determine the type of data you have the column.

Another way to get a table is to use the design view is to select the view from the Datasheet tab or by clicking the Design View button in the status bar. Design view appears in the table. The tab we have the name of the table as we have not assigned a name to the table, Access has assigned a default name Table1.Then we define the grid where the columns that make up the table, using one line for each column, so in the first line (row) of the grid define the first column of the table and so on.

At the down to the left there is a design view with this you can have two tabs (General and Search) to define the field properties that is additional features of the column you are defining. And the right is a box with a text that gives us some help on what we must do, for example in this the cursor is in the front row of the grid in the Field Name column and box Access lower right indicates that the name of a field can be up to 64 characters.
