    Editing sound files in audacity

    I need some information on working with editing sound files in audacity. How to edit different audio formats in audacity. What are the different parts of the same application. I need also some tips on editing different tracks in it. What formats does it support. I don't think this contains all the types of format available for use in the same.

    In the sound audacity it has the tracks and the waveforms. in it the most of the voice which is recorded is done in the mono or the sound track in the solitary channel. The image which we get in the audacity track is in the blue form that is display in the wave of the audio tracks. You can also have the information on the sound files in the audacity.

    In this you can have the information of the Audacity Stereo Tracks. It include even the right and the left channel as you can see above. It is a group of the two audio tracks which have been grouped to one another. The top wave form and the bottom form are selected to the channel as right or the left. if you are editing it then you have to work on both the channels at the same time.

    You can also use the Audacity Track Control Panel. This is the track control panel which you can see direct on any track that also on the left of each track. If you want to remove the track, click on the upper left corner. You can see title of the track on the right side. you have to just click on the title and you will get the Track Pop-Down Menu, from this you can arrange the tracks and you can change the option.

    From this you can get the channel of the track and the rate of the sample like for e.g. 44,100 Hz. is the audio CD rate. It also has the quality of sound in it, the highest quality is of 32-Bit Float. It also have the 16-bit. It also have the parts like mute, solo and gain buttons. By this you can stop the sound. play only one track at a time and you can control the volume from this.

    In the editing sound files in audacity there are many option in it. The panning slider with this you can control the balance of the left and the right speaker. It also have the option called the vertical ruler it is the level of the waveforms. The level which is supported by the audio files is from 1.0 or -1.0 is the maximum. This option is also used for the zooming purpose.
