I am a Sharepoint user, I am facing the problem in managing the document. Because they need to check in and check out multiple documents. Now if I have to bulk upload the documents sharepoint will check all the documents one by one. I have heard that SharePoint Batch Check can provide the solution for this. But I do not have further information about this software. So I need to know all the related information about this software and if possible free version of this software. SharePoint Batch check can automatically update the column values for all the related documents, if they are checked in.

If you are planning to shift from SharePoint to SharePoint Batch Check then you must have the knowledge of its specifications. Means system requirements for SharePoint Batch check. It requires operating system Microsoft Windows Server 2008 f x86 or 64. If you do not have Microsoft Windows Server 2008 then Microsoft windows server 2003 will also do. It requires Internet explorer browser version more than six. It also requires Microsoft .net framework 2.0 or 3.0. Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services v3 or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 is also required for the smooth processing.

For check in multiple documents while uploading them simultaneously user have to just click on "Upload Documents and Check In" under "Upload" menu. For check in all the uploaded documents user can click on “Action” for opening “Check in Multiple Documents” page. It consists of three kind of version. By checking the check box on the head of “Select Documents” section user can choose all the related documents.
