Need a PDF-XChange Viewer.

Help me!!! There are lots of pdf files in my computer but i just need one really good pdf reader to read those all files. I am running windows vista operating system on my computer and my computer has quite good specifications to run almost any softwares. I have heard about PDF-XChange Viewer which can solve my problem but i can not find it. Please help me to get that!!!
