Install TIO Tools Pro.

Hi all, I have bought a brand new desktop pc. And i am using windows vista on this computer. Actually i want everything on my desktop so that i can be in direct contact with most of the programs but i know that it is not possible. Either it will be slowing down my computer's performance or it may hang up. My friend has suggested me to use TIO Tools Pro. Should i install it ? Can anybody tell me how it works ?

TIO Tools Pro is a Quick Launch toolbar which enable you to have quick access to your most frequently used programs and files. You can even overview your drives. So i think you should install this tool to do the task much more faster.
