    The problem could be related to the update of the of software application. As you told that he software is not able to load completely and freezes at times this is because it may require update and is not been functioning well enough with the same. You have to update the software pack so that it can work and function accordingly well. Also try to scan for the software and check for bug issues if appended.

    There can be a possibility that the system may have been affected with a malware or a virus due to which it is not allowing the program to get executed. This does happen when the virus has already attacked your system before the antivirus program been installed in the system. Use a strong antivirus program and then scan the whole system. This shall remove the threat that has affected the spyware blaster tool application. Uninstall the software and then reinstall it again.

    The compatibility issue play a vital role in it. You have to check out for the compatibility mode of the software so that it may work out then. Try to use the software under safe mode feature. This shall help you to get to a conclusion that whether the system application or feature is disallowing the software to get executed. If it does then you need to upgrade the pack for your application.

    A system restore can make the problem to solve. As you said that the software is unable to work well try to set the system to function as it used to before. Then follow a proper scan wizard check so that the system should work accordingly. After that all the threats been removed run the application by installing it. This shall work then properly. Check out for the same. This should work.

    * Go to the start menu option.
    * Click on the programs and go to accessories.
    * Select the system tools.
    * Now open system restore.
    * Set the date accordingly.
