I need some suggestion regarding using Address book in Apple. It takes a long time to fill up the form in Address Book. How to fill up that quickly. And then use the same in a email message. Means if I want to send a mail then how to use Address Book to add contact from it. And at last how can I create Birthdays Calendar.

With the help of this you can quickly fill the forms. You have to just enter it only once then you have to just practice daily. You can integrates address book with the safari, with this you can mail, iChat and also can do the other applications. In this you can even take the contact any place. You can also fill it when you are shopping online.

You have to open the Safari and select the preferences from the menu of the safari. You will get a dialog box on the preferences, then you have to click on the auto fill tab. Then you have to check the box in which you are using the information of the address book card. You can edit with the help of the edit button. And you can change it in the My Card. And next time when you are shopping online it will give all the information from the address book.

Now you can also add email address in the mail automatically. If you are reading the message from the mail and you want to add the other person email address then you have to just type Command-Shift-Y. In this way you can easily get all the member address by only typing the name. If you want to send the mail to the team, you do not want to type all the name you want to type only the team name and send.
