I need some suggestion regarding using Address book in Apple. It takes a long time to fill up the form in Address Book. How to fill up that quickly. And then use the same in a email message. Means if I want to send a mail then how to use Address Book to add contact from it. And at last how can I create Birthdays Calendar.
