Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 doesn't open on Vista

Ok, so this laptop (packard bell easynote) was recently taken to techicians to be repaired, due to charging problems. Now that problem is fixed, but since receiving it, photoshop doesn't load at all. It's loaded the odd times with the start menu, but when I do click on an option, it closes down again. I've tried to load it as administrator but that doesn't work. And I can't install it again, since it came with the laptop.

Any help?

I think that your photoshop has been corrupted. So you will have to reinstall it again but as you said it worked before you gave your laptop for the purpose of repairing. So if possible then you should ask them to get it working because if the software is corrupted due to their mistake then they should pay for it.
