Hey. I am not sure but the device wont support the excel and word there are some of the software are available which will give you the functionality to view the same but i am not aware of the same. Hope you will find the same. Thanks

You could get an application installed on your phone as windows office for mobile phone from Google. You would get a list of categories through which you could download the software and then get it installed on your phone.

I think the alcatel ot 800 phone does not support these kinds of file it just support ".txt" (extension files). So please go and check the user manual of the phone that whether these kinds of file are supported by the phone or not. If yes then there must be solution in the user manual. if you still need help then contact the vendor or call customer support.
