When I start a program, nothing happens [URGENT!]

Hello all,

Hopefully alot of you will be able to help me. I'm using XP and have recently installed Lord of the Rings Online. This has happened before by the way and this is also the second time of installing this game (I installed it before and it worked fine). It installed fine and I put it in my D Drive but when I start it nothing appears however when I open the task manager it's there using 50% CPU. The program it runs is called TurbineInvoker.exe. I asked their support but it didn't help.

Should I just do a full scan or scan the dedicated folder holding the game?
