Problem with Hard Disk Manager 2009

Hello,

I am having problem related to the Hard Disk Manager 2009. I have created the back up of my data in DVD. But the main problem arise when i am restring it from the CD. After the process begin the it ask for the first Cd which i have inserted but later on after the completion of the first Cd it never ask for the another one and give me the error source hard disk manager manager and with error code 0x1001b. Help with the solution because the data which i want is very important for me.

Hey,

I think that the problem is not with the hard disk manager but it is with the DVD you have created. Check your DVD i think it is not burnt properly. So i will suggest you to go to the advance hard disk manger window and run the archive integrity check for your archive. That will help you to know that your DVD is burnt correctly or not. If not then create a fresh copy and use that for your restoration. I think you have the enough idea. Say thanks if it works.

Hi,

In case of the corrupted DVD i will suggest you to run a another back in the hard drive of your system. Also enable the splitting of the image to know the size of the DVD. Now burn all file individually and manually to the DVD. We are doing all this for mak9ing sure that in case of the data loss from DVD we have back of the same in the hard drive. You can find the image splitting option in the tools. That all i can help you.
